Our attorneys have decades of experience in all aspects of real estate law. We can assist you from start to finish whether you are buying a home, selling a home, refinancing an existing mortgage loan, involved in a commercial real estate transaction, involved in a real estate dispute, or involved in a real estate project requiring permitting, approvals, subdivisions, variances, special permits or other municipal relief. We handle a large volume of real estate transactions throughout the entire states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Elder Law and Nursing Home Asset Protection

Our Elder Law and Nursing Home Asset Protection practice involves creating estate plans designed to minimize asset depletion if an elder or a spouse required long term nursing home care. We also assist elders and their families with MassHealth applications and qualifying for long term care, while minimizing the depletion of assets. No one plan fits all clients. Each plan is designed based on our client’s wishes and particular circumstances.

We maintain an extensive estate planning practice, preparing wills, trusts, health care proxies, general durable powers of attorney and associated estate planning documents for families of all ages and stages. Our attorneys have many years of experience drafting trusts designed to manage assets for minor children and young adults. We are constantly updating our documents to keep current with changes in the law and estate planning trends.
